Do you offer 24/7 Roadside Assistance?
Yes Auto EMS is here to serve you 24/7 everyday of the year including holidays, just give us a call and we will be there where you need us.
Can you assist with flat tires?
Yes, we are available to swap out your tire for your spare anytime of day. Don’t have a spare? During normal business hours our technicians will go out of their way to find you an acceptable tire to get you back on the road. Please call us anytime.
If I am locked out what should I do?
Call us immediately and go somewhere to dafely await our arrival. Ensure we have a way to reach you upon arrival and have your ID available to prove it is your vehicle please.
How do I request fuel delivery?
You can call or text us anytime of day and a tech will be dispatched to your location. For fuel deliveries we will need to know the type of fuel you need and whether you prefer the 3 or 5 gal option along with your location and vehicle information.
Is there a fee for cancelling a service request?
Absolutely not! All we ask is if you no longer need us please call or text to cancel as early as possible. You will never be asked for any type of payment when cancelling.
How long does it take to get service?
This will vary with your location and current weather conditions and technician availability. We strive to always be on scene in under 30 minutes. When you call the operator will inform you of our expected ETA once they gather your information and before they dispatch a technician.
What should I do while I wait for the technician?
The key here is your comfort and safety. Stay with your vehicle if possible and if it is safe. Otherwise find a nearby location that is safe. Always ensure we have the ability to reach you once the technician arrives.
How do I pay for services?
We accept a variety of payment methids for your convenience including cash, debit card, credit card, cashapp, venmo, zelle, google pay and apple pay. We accept all major cards. We reserve the right to charge a 3% convenience fee on credit card transactions.
Where are services available?
We service the Oklahoma City Metro area and most surrounding areas. Please understand that travel further out will increase our response time and possible incur additional charges.
Do you offer any repairs outside of Roadside Assistance?
Absolutely! We have experienced technicians available for minor mobile repairs when scheduled ahead of time and during normal working hours. We can perform most light auto repairs typically limited to 4 hours or less such as water pumps, alternators, batteries, power steering pumps, brakes, shocks, struts, suspension, engine diagnosis, electrical repairs, tune-ups, belts and hoses.
